7/24/22 – Got paid $300.00 via PayPal
They can still do it for $2000 with a mix of band & DJ, since 1 of the guys in the band is also a DJ. He can play soft music at the beginning, do all the introductions etc, and can also play music for an hour after the band is done. They would require a $500 deposit from them to hold the date as we received other requests on the band for that month. I assume that you have the Lorimar wedding part booked by now. Let me know as soon as you can so we can lock this in.
This is a contract between Dave Perry, representative of Fear of Phobias, and Wylie Bryant.
For services to be rendered:
Live Music provided by Fear of Phobias + DJ music services
Date: 07/23/22
Location: Lorimar Winery (stage location: ____________________)
DJ plays for cocktail hour 5-6pm
Band plays 4 sets between 6pm & 10pm.
DJ plays requests in between sets
Event: Wedding
Attire: Nice
Band will arrive at approximately 4:00 to set up.
Agreed price for 5 hours: $2000.
- If additional equipment is needed for larger venue, additional costs may occur
Deposit of $500 due up front to hold the date
Remainder of payment in full at end of event in cash.
